Billy and her team are experienced in catering for all kinds of events – from a 21st birthday party to a dinner do for a special interest club, there’s nothing we can’t handle. Before settling in at Billingshurst, Billy spent many years catering for weddings and events in Oxfordshire, so she knows a thing or two about feeding a crowd!

Parties can be catered at Billy’s On The Road after hours when you can have the place all to yourselves. If you’re planning to host a party at Billy’s, we can accommodate up to 80 guests for a seated meal or 100 for a buffet.

Menus are created to suit the needs of your event: tell us what you’re after and we’ll see what we can do! Billy’s is a licensed venue, too: we can even run a paying bar for your event. It is also possible to supply your own alcohol if you prefer, for which there is a venue charge of £6 per head.

Situated next door to the Billingshurst Travelodge, and with no close neighbours, Billy’s is a brilliant venue for live music and late nights that end with a short walk to bed (last orders for drinks are 11pm).
